At the start of the year, I made a decision (I won't say resolution) to cook a two course meal once a week. I intend to dig out a couple of recipes and follow them and record my results here. I can cook up to a point but I want to expand my currently limited repertoire and be able to cook more meals without too much head scratching and cookbook referencing.
